The boundaries of the Spitler School campus were established more than 10 years ago, and we have used every inch of available space. We have had to repurpose existing buildings to accommodate growing student populations and be as creative as possible within our space limitations.

Now we finally have an opportunity to expand! Two plots of land adjacent to the school became available for sale, and after carefully considering our finances, we decided to take a leap of faith and purchase both properties. With further fundraising and planning in 2027, we hope to be able to add classrooms to expand our English and Computer programs to more Spitler School students. It excites us to think that we might even be able to extend these opportunities to our graduates and the wider community!

In the meantime, Sarin and his staff cleared the land and brought in several tons of fill dirt to raise the property to the proper grade. They also arranged for a brick wall to protect the land from erosion.

This new land gives Spitler School something we haven’t had for many years — room to grow.
