Spitler School Graduation 2026

We are delighted to share photos from this year’s annual graduation ceremony at Spitler School, where 130 students proudly received their primary school diplomas in the presence of their families, teachers, and visiting dignitaries.

This year’s graduates included 95 students from Spitler School and 35 students from nearby Kurata School. The Spitler School Foundation provides important support to Kurata School’s English, computer, and library programs, making it possible for these students to benefit from additional educational opportunities.

The Spitler School staff once again did an outstanding job of making graduation a joyous and meaningful occasion for the students and the entire community. Local dignitaries joined the celebration, each graduate received a framed diploma, and the top students were recognized for their academic achievements. Members of the Spitler School staff were also honored for their important contributions to the school and its students.

Adding to the celebration was a performance by the Spitler School dancers. Under the direction of SSF instructor Ms. Chea Chan Lida, the students practice and learn traditional Khmer Apsara dances, sharing this important part of Khmer culture with their fellow students, families, and guests.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, each graduate also received a new uniform, a pair of shoes, and school supplies. These gifts are more than just practical necessities—they provide the students with the resources they need as they take the next step in their education and move on to middle school.

We are proud of all 130 graduates and wish them every success as they continue their educational journeys.
